In Space Empires: Battle for Supremacy, players can go engage in fierce fleet to fleet combat by deploying their warships into action. There are several classes of warships for each of the three races in the game, ranging from light to heavy class warships.
Warship Base Statistics
Each warship has five base statistics:
- Weapon Power (WP): Weapon power determines the attack strength of a warship’s weapons. The more WP it has, the more damage will be dealt to enemy warships.
- Evasive Maneuvers (EM): Warships with high evasion are less likely to be hit by enemy weapon fire.
- Armor (AR): Determines the toughness of a warship’s armor. If a warship has more AR, it takes less damage when it gets hit by enemy weapons.
- Speed (SP): Determines the warship’s attack initiative. The warship with the highest speed will get to attack first in a turn.
- Accuracy (AC): A warship’s accuracy determines its weapons’ chance to hit an enemy warship.
- Hitpoints (HP): The amount of health a warship has. When its HP reaches 0, the warship is destroyed.
Warship Specialization Types
There are two roles that warships in a fleet can specialize on. The only warship that excels on both roles is the ‘Command Ship’ for each respective race.
Anti-ship superiority
The warships in this category have weapons that are designed to destroy enemy fleets easily. These warships are better suited for taking out other warships. They do lower damage to planet defense structures and have smaller cargo holds for carrying raided resources.
- Terran Alliance: GH2 Greyhound, PR5 Perseus, SH5 Sheiva
- Amon’krie Continuum: Warstriker, Vulture, Warmonger
- Norak Empire: Executor, Flagellant, Heirarch
Siege superiority
These warships are designed to besiege enemy planets. The warships in this category excel in taking out ground-based defenses, and destroying planet shields. They also have large cargo holds for storing raided resources.
- Terran Alliance: 7GR Tiger, OR1 Orion, R4M Ramuh
- Amon’krie Continuum: Jackal, Pyramid, Sphinx
- Norak Empire: Eradicator, Repentant, Messiah

Command Ships
Command ships are powerful warships which are designed to be the flagship for each fleet. A player can only build 1 Command Ship at a time, but thanks to its high offensive and defensive power, even having just one on your side can easily turn the tide of the fleet battle to your favor. Players must strategize ahead of time where they deploy their Command Ships to as this can spell victory or failure in battles to come.
